Mary Anne Kennedy, owner and president, started in sales for Primary Source in 1991 and purchased the business from the retiring owner in 1997.  “The most rewarding part is seeing clients not just satisfied, but thrilled, with what we provide and how the promotional products helped make their marketing program or event a success!” Mary Anne is continually looking for new products and researching what is effective plus making sure all systems are working to provide accurate, on time delivery of the customers’ logo products.	Patti France – Customer Service (with Primary Source since April 2007) Patti greets visitors to the showroom, answers phone calls, does order entry, product proposals & the very important order/shipment tracking.  “I enjoy knowing I can be a help to others.  I appreciate how we all work as a team to get the job done!”  The thousands of catalogs we have on file each year .. yes, she keeps track of those.	Carol Welch – Bookkeeping (with Primary Source since August 2008) Carol is the newest member of our team.  She handles all bookkeeping functions– invoicing customers, paying suppliers, customer statements  – in addition to product pricing confirmation and product sample filing.  “My favorite part of the job is establishing positive relationships with our customers and our vendors.”   She is usually the one you’ll hear from to make sure you received your order correctly and on time, before you’re invoiced.  Carol graduated from Grand View College.
Jaonne (Jae) Buckingham (with Primary Source since January 2004) With an executive sales role, Jaonne is a major client specialist.  “I tell people I shop (for other) for a living!  It’s rewarding to know we’re helping our client’s grow their businesses.”  Receiving positive feedback from customers; hearing how great their imprint looks and how well the gifts were received by the recipients is what she works hard towards.	Kristy Greening (with Primary Source since March 2006) Kristy’s role as executive assistant has become much more than that.  She researches projects, develops quotes and proposals, oversees order processing and our own promotions and exhibits.  “I like working at Primary Source because it’s always exciting – new customers, new projects, new products!  It’s never the same day twice.”    Kristy is also very active in our local Chambers of Commerce; a Clive Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and an Iowa State University Alumni.
