Unbeknownst to me as a little girl, sitting atop the counter watching my Mother navigate the kitchen with her wonderful culinary skills would I get to grow up to become a professional Chef and share my passion for the culinary arts with you.
After attending New England Culinary Institute in Vermont, I returned home to continue schooling myself in local kitchens with gifted Chefs. I became an entrepreneur in 2003 as Country Club Market where I’m your personal chef to custom cater you personally at home and in business. I teach the "Arts" as my new mantra states "Eating In is the New Dining Out".
It was on my way to "school" that I jokingly stated "move over Julia (Child)" that I would indeed not only get to meet the infamous "Julia" but to receive a scholarship from her women chefs supporting women chefs organization known as "Les Dames d'Escoffier" in Boston. Amazing!
